We will repair items up to one year from purchase. Please send an email with the details of the repair and a photo of the item to email@example.com. We will access the item for repair and return your email within 48 hours.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the item for repair. We suggest you insure your item for return through the carrier of your choice and send us the tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for customs or other fees associated with the Canadian and American border.
Return & Refund Policy
For all repairs and exchanges, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send a detailed email of your query with a description of the piece and a photo. We will access the issue and return your email within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges of certain items.
REFUND POLICY IN STORE
All items can be exchanged for those of equal value or more, within the boutique.
We issue refunds on a case to case basis. Please come into the store to speak with Pilar about the item in question and we will review the details.
Please note that each piece of jewellery is made by hand. We have inventory of some items, but not all. Please expect delivery within 5-7 business days. This applies for all orders placed online and via email. For orders placed through one of our stocksits, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
